As I'm possibly the luckiest girl in the world, my love for traveling started at a young age. At the age of eleven, I was invited on my first real European tour with my aunt, uncle, and cousins. I decided on that trip that I would someday spend a semester in Paris.

And in the spring of 2010, I did.

I learned a lot about myself that semester, and I learned how big and wonderful and scary the world is. Needless to say, the travel bug was alive and well.

During that semester, I traveled to Italy,

and Greece.

I also traveled around France and visited some amazing family members in Germany.

My adventures are more like misadventures. Don't believe me? You can read the story of the time I nearly drowned in the Aegean or the time a volcano almost ruined my spring break. I've done some traveling in the UK, too, like a trip to Oxford and a tour of Oban, Glencoe, and the Highlands.

Next on my travel list are Ireland, Austria, and Iceland. Stay tuned for more near-death experiences, travel mishaps, and general shenanigans!
